That is the whole of it. There is no form on this site, and this page does not add one.
What to write about
- A figure that looks wrong or out of date. Tell us the page and the figure and, if you have it, the official page or the supplier's own page that says otherwise.
- A broken link, including a receipt that lands somewhere it should not.
- A source we should add: a supplier's export tariff page, a scheme we do not cover, or an official table we have not read.
What we cannot do
- Advise you on your own home, roof or bill. Hearthsum is information, not advice.
- Give you a quote, or tell you what an installer should charge you.
- Pass you to an installer, a supplier or anyone else. We never pass anyone on, and we never sell or share your details.
What happens to your message
We read every message and fix confirmed errors, usually within a few days. Confirmed means we have read the source itself: a figure moves when the government, the regulator or the supplier's own page says it should, not because an email said so. We do not promise a personal reply.
Corrections
A confirmed fix shows in the figure's receipt: the checked date beside it moves to the day we read the source again, and the open data at /api/metrics.json carries the same date. That date is the record of the correction.
